Welcome to Paris Photographer VIP! By booking a photography session with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. COPYRIGHT & USAGE RIGHTS
1.1. All photographs taken by Paris Photographer VIP remain the intellectual property and copyright of the Photographer. The Client receives a personal, non-exclusive license to use the images for personal purposes.
1.2. The Photographer retains the full right to use, publish, and display the images for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, promotional materials, and competitions.
1.3. If the Client requires full privacy and does not wish their images to be used for promotional purposes, they must notify the Photographer in advance and request a Confidentiality Agreement before booking the session. If no such request is made prior to booking, the Photographer has the automatic right to use the images.

2. NO RETROACTIVE PRIVACY REQUESTS
2.1. Once the images are published by the Photographer, the Client cannot retroactively request their removal unless a Confidentiality Agreement was signed before the session.

3. PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
3.1. Deposit is required before the photoshoot. No refunds will be issued after the session.
3.2. Deposit is not refundable.

4. LIABILITY
4.1. The Photographer is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury occurring during the photoshoot.

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY FOR PRIVACY REQUESTS
5.1. It is the Client’s sole responsibility to notify the Photographer before booking if they require a private session with no public sharing of their images.
5.2. If the Client does not explicitly request a private session before booking, they automatically grant the Photographer full usage rights to their images for promotional and portfolio purposes.

6. AGREEMENT ACCEPTANCE
By booking a session with Paris Photographer VIP, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
